CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 62-111 <br />--, <br />~y f ~. <br />BY ~~~ fl - <br />A RESOLUTI ON AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLI C <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATI ON <br />AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL IN NORTH <br />OLMSTED PARK ACCORDING TO SPECI FI CATI ONS AND I N <br />CONFORMANCE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEREOF AS <br />NOW O~ FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby authorize the <br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the installation <br />and construction of a swimming pool in North Olmsted Park according to the <br />specifications and in conformance to the terms and conditions thereof as now <br />on file in the office of the Director of Public Service. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of public pease, <br />health and safety by virtue of the fact that bea~e~seUdf~;~tbe~:ti~ae of the <br />year and the necessity for providing recreational facilities as soon as <br />possible; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />~~ ~ .2~ 6 - i s- ~ :~ <br />~t-~. <br />Passed <br />ATTEST : <br />~ - f <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Counci 1 <br />APPROVED: <br />/~~ ~ <br />~C/ <br />Paul J.
