CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 62-105 <br />By Mr. Mangani <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR RECORD P~~I~>aS ONLY <br />THE PROPOSED LIBBY-LEE SUBDIVISION N0. 2, and <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the proposed Libby-Lee <br />Subdivision No. 2 was heretofore filed containing sixteen sublots, <br />five parcels of land shown as Blocks numbered from A to E and one <br />street, to-wit: David Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions requiring the reservation <br />of Sublot 16 for future street purposes have been met and said plat <br />shows such reservation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council <br />his approval of said proposed subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council having Keen advised that all <br />conditions requested of the developer have been met, does hereby approve, <br />for record purposes only, the plat of Libby-Lee Subdivision No. 2 <br />proposed. <br />Section 2: That this ~t`esolution is hereby determined to <br />be~as emergency measure necessary for the preservation of public safety <br />and welfare and that such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of <br />giving immediate approval to said plat for record purposes only so that <br />the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible; <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />First reading 6-19-62 <br />Second reading 6-20-62 <br />J ne 22 1 62 <br />~ll~lyr <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Louise Hatt, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: /1 <br />f, <br />Paul J, a u, ayor <br />ti <br />~~~~~~~ <br />Ralph ,~".
