CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 <br />By ~ C7 ` ---~-- <br />A RESOLUTION <br />IN PROPOSET? <br />SUI311IVISION <br />VIED DRIVE. <br />ACCEPTING THE WATER MAIN EASEMENT <br />COLUMBIA LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />No. 2 IN 9ITCHELL nRIVE AND WEST- <br />WHEftLAS, Council has heretofore approved the <br />proposed Columbia Land Development Company Subdivision No. 2 <br />including proposed ?~itchell Drive and Westview Drive; and <br />WIiE:~tEAS, the City of Cleveland, before in- <br />stalling water mains, requires that the developer convey an <br />easement to the City of North Olmsted in the proposed street <br />or streets in which water mains will run. <br />NOt~tii, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby accept an <br />easement from Columbia Land Development Company for the land <br />in Subdivision No. 2 generally described as Mitchell I.)rive and <br />Westview Drive, proposed, which land is described by metes <br />and bounds in an easement from the Columbia Land Development <br />Company to the City of North Olmsted.
