OLMSTEU <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 _~~' <br />B i~~ ~ ~ <br />Y _____ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR LABOR AND <br />MATERIALS FOR REPAIR BY SURFACE TREATING OF <br />CERTAIN ROA~:)S IN THE CITY OF NORT~i OLMSTED, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the <br />labor and materials for the repair by surface treating of <br />certain streets and thoroughfares in the City of North <br />Olmsted in accordance with. the plans and specifications on <br />file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this is determined. to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare by virtue of the fact <br />that many of the city streets are in need of surf ace <br />treating and repair in order to alleviate unsafe driving <br />conditions and because it is desirable that these repairs <br />be made at the time of the year when the weather is most <br />favorable. <br />Section 3: 1n1iiEREFORE, this Resolution shall be in <br />full force and effect from and immediately after its passage <br />and approval, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : _ ~~...~~ ~- <br />ruce MacDonald, President <br />of Council <br />ATTE : <br />-c~f~,~,-~- <br />Louise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />R nnnnv~7l+ <br /> <br />
