E. Swick and Flora I. Swick, Husband, and Wife, ,john B. Rodwan and Phyllis N. Rodwan, Husband and ~~'Vife, and The North Olmsted Board of Education, all of the three abutting property owners on that portion of Midvale Avenue in the City of North Olmsted from the easterly line of ~3urns Road to the easterly terminus of said Midvale Avenue, have filed with the Council their written consents to the vacating of such portion of ?~--Midvale Avenue by the Council; and WHEREAS, Council is satisfied that there is good cause for vacating said portion of Midvale Avenue and that such vacation will not be detrimental to the general welfare and the public interest. NOVV, THEREFORE, t3E IT OR')AINEa~ by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That that portion of ?b4idvale Avenue from the easterly line of ~iurns Road to the easterly terminus of ~~Iidvale Avenue, further described by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 19, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of Burns Road 50.00 feet wide with the Northerly line of Midvale Avenue 50.00 feet wide, as shown on the plat of Butternut Ridge Subdivision recorded in Vol. 111, Page 6 of the Cuyahoga County Records; thence East 247.25 feet to a point in the Easterly line of said subdivision; thence South along said Easterly line of said subdivision 50.00 feet to a point; thence West 247.25 feet to the Easterly line of Burns Road; thence North 50.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. be and the same is hereby vacated.
