CITY OF NORTI~~ OLA45TE ~ ) <br />RESULUT I ON N o. 62 --~~~ <br /> <br />A RESC3LUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEh4ENT PLANS <br />OF DEERFIELD ESTATES, INC., and DECLARING AN <br />Eh1ERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Deerfield Estates, Inc. has hereto- <br />fore submitted its subdivision plat which this Council has <br />accepted for record purposes only; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has submitted plans <br />for the required improvements within the areas designated for <br />street purposes, which plans the City Engineer has approved. <br />NOIRT, THEREFORE, BE TT RES<7LVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby apx>rove <br />the improvement plans of Deerfield Estates, Inc. as submitted. <br />Section 2: That the developer post a bond with the <br />Finance Director of the City of North Olmsted in an amount as <br />set by the City Engineer, to insure the completion of the im- <br />provements set forth on the proposed improvement plans, said <br />bond to include completion of all items and/or repairs up to <br />the date of dedication in a form to be approved by the Director <br />of Law. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby determined <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, such emergency existing by <br />virtue of the necessity of giving immediate approval to said <br />improvement plans so that the orderly development of the City <br />may proceed as rapidly as possible. <br />Section 4: '~n11HEREF~JRE, this Resolution shall be in full <br />force and effect from and immediately after its passage and <br />approval, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: -c ~ ~~gf. <br />~~a~% / ~ Y <br />Bruce MacDonald, President <br />of Council <br />A1'TE <br />b -- ~ ,' <br />~~ , <br />Louise Hall, Clerk o Council <br />AF PROVE_~? <br />Paul reau, Mayor <br />~~- <br /> <br />
