~ ~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ,~ ` <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 - ~7° <br />• G -7't' <br />ay <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TD IMPROVE <br />GESSNER ROAD, EVELYN DRIVE AND ELEANOR DRIVE BY <br />CONSTRUCTING SANITARY SEWERS, AND IECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, three-fourths of all <br />members elected thereto concurring: <br />Section 1: That it is necessary to improve the following <br />streets in the City of North Olmsted by the construction of <br />sanitary sewers and necessary appurtenances to provide sewage <br />collection therein: <br />1. Beginning at <br />Road, thence <br />side of Gess: <br />1,359 feet; <br />2. Beginning at <br />Drive thence <br />Evelyn Drive <br />the intersection of Walter Road and Gessner <br />in a westerly direction along the northerly <br />zer Road for a distance of approximately <br />the intersection of Gessner Road and Evelyn <br />in a southerly and westerly direction along <br />for a distance of approximately 1,120 feet; <br />3. Beginning at the intersection of Gessner Road and Eleanor <br />Drive, thence in a southerly direction along Eleanor Drive <br />for a distance of approximately 578 feet; <br />as shown on the plans hereinafter referred to, prepared by the <br />City's Consulting Engineers. <br />Section 2: It is hereby determined and declared that said <br />improvement is conducive to the public health, convenience and <br />welfare of said City and the inhabitants thereof. Council further <br />finds and determines that said streets, or parts thereof, to be <br />so improved are so situated in relation to each other that in order <br />to complete the improvement thereof in the most practical and <br />economical manner they shall be improved at the same time, with <br />the same kind of materials, and in the same manner. <br />Section 3: That the grade of said streets and i~pl~overnent <br />shall be the grade as shown by said Engineers plans and profiles <br />which are made a part hereof. <br />`' Section 4: That the plans, specifications, estimates and <br />profiles of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the <br />Engineers and now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council <br />are hereby approved. <br />Section 5: That the whole cost of said improvement, less <br />at least one-fiftieth thereof and the cost of all intersections, <br />shall be assessed upon the following described lots and lands <br />in proportion to the benefits resulting therefrom, to-wit: <br />A11 lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed <br />improvement between the termini aforesaid, which said lots and <br />lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by said <br />improvement; and the cost of said improvement shall include the <br />cost of preliminary and other surveys, plans, specifications, <br />
