CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION No. 62 ~-- <br />RE LUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BI D5 FUR THE FURNISHING <br />OF THREE HUNDRED TUNS {?F ASPHALTIC TYPE T-35, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has <br />reported to the Council that the City will need 300 tons of <br />Asphaltic Type T-35 for use in the repair of the North Olmsted <br />City streets during 19b2. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESC?LVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohios <br />Section 1: That the Director o£ Public Service be <br />and he is hereby authori2ed and directed to advertise for bids <br />for the furnishing of 300 tons of Asphaltic Type T-3S in the <br />amounts required for delivery and in accordance with the specifi- <br />cations on file in the office of the Director of Public Service. <br />Section 2; This resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the public safety and welfare <br />by virtue of the necessity of contracting as soon affi possible for <br />material required by the City of North Olmsted for its street <br />repair program during 1962. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by Iaw. <br />PASSED: ~~,~s~ <br />~~1i,c1~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Louise Ha11, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: <br />~~L I <br />"'~ <br />Paul reau, yor <br /> <br />Bruce M~.c -Wald, President <br />of Council <br /> <br />
