L_ <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTIUN No. 6 <br />sy <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FUR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE PROPOSED SOUTH RIDGE HOMES SUB- <br />DIVISION, ANTS DECLARING AN BMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the proposed South <br />Ridge Homes Subdivision was heretofore filed, dated February, <br />1962, containing three hundred and three (~03)snbiots and six <br />CB) proposed streets, to-wit: South Ridge Drive, Lynhaven Drive, <br />Gareau Drive, Sherwood Drive, Forest Ridge Drive and l~lindsor <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions requiring the <br />reservation of Sublot 47 for future street openings and the con- <br />veyance to the City of North Olmsted of Blocks D and E as shown <br />on said plat have been met; and <br />WHEREAS, the plat shows a note of the re- <br />servation of Sublot 47 as above set forth and the deeds to Blocks <br />D and E have been tendered to the City, the Engineer and the <br />Director of Law have reported approval of the plat of said pro- <br />posed Subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council having been advised that <br />the conditions requested of the developer have been met, does <br />hereby approve, for record purposes only, the plat of South Ridge <br />Homes Subdivision proposed. <br />Section 2t That this Resolution is hereby determined <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of <br />public health, safety and welfare and that such emergency exists <br />by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate approval to said <br />plat, for record purposes only, in order that the orderly develop- <br />ment of the City may proceed as soon as possible. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ,__--/r~~~O~ <br />Bruce Mac na d, res den <br />of Council <br />ATPES s <br />Louise all, Clerk o Council <br />APPROVED: <br />,_ <br />Paul J.
