CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTTON No. 62 <br />Hy <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY <br />THE PLAT OF PROPOSED COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of country club Boule- <br />vard has been heretofore filed and has been approved by the <br />Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions requiring that <br />no ingress or egress be permitted into Country Club Boulevard <br />from the land contiguous to said Bouleward on the east side <br />thereof for a distance of 334.29 feet south of the old center- <br />line of Lorain Road snd on the west side thereof for a distance <br />of 328.31 feet south from the old centerline of Lorain Rmad <br />have been met; and <br />WHEREAS, the plat now shows a note to meet <br />such requirement and the Engineer and the Director of Law have <br />reported approval of said plat of said proposed Country Club <br />Boulevard. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council having been advised that <br />the conditions requested of the developer have been met does <br />hereby approve, for record purposes only, the plat of Country <br />Club Boulevard proposed. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined <br />to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of <br />public health, safety and welfare by reason of the fact that <br />there is immediate need for the boulevard proposed herein. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />SASSED: ~ %~„~~~ <br />~.
