CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 62 -~® <br />AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND DIRECTOR OF <br />PtJBLiC SERVICE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO <br />SIGN AND E~CBCUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE VILLAGE OF <br />PARKVIEW FOR THE USE AND PARTICIPATION OF TINS <br />VILLAGE OF PARKVIEW IN THE CITY OF NORTH TED'S <br />SEWAGE TREATMBNT PLANT, AND DECLARING AN BI~tSRGBNGY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted and the Council of the Village of Parkview-have been <br />negotiating the terms of a contract for the participation by <br />the Village of Parkview in the North Olmsted sewage treatment <br />plant; and <br />WHEREAS, a contract setting forth in foil the <br />terms and conditions for such participation has now been approved <br />by the Council the Mayor and Director of Public Service of the <br />City of North Olmsted and approved as to form by the Law Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section is That the Council hereby approves the con- <br />tract providing for the participation by the Village of Parkview <br />in the North Olmsted sewage treatment plant on the terms, con- <br />ditions and provisions as set forth in the copy of said contract <br />which is attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and made <br />a part hereof, <br />Section as That the Council hereby authorizes the signing <br />and exeGUtiOII of said contract by the Mayor and the Director of <br />Public Service of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 3s That this Ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation <br />of the public health and general welfare of the City of North <br />Olmsted and such emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of <br />concluding the aforesaid agreement with the Village of Parkview <br />so that required re-designing to accommodate such participation <br />can be done without undue delay to the completion of the North <br />Olmsted sanitary sewer system. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect <br />immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: ~~-6 ~, <br />c~~- r <br />Bruce c na1d, res ent <br />of Council <br />ATTE <br />.., <br />Lou se ali, lerk o une11 <br />APPROVEID: j` <br />f~ <br />~~ <br />aul J. reau, yor <br />~; <br />i~~'~ a~ <br />~~6~ <br />
