N0. 238-18-31 <br />4831 PORTER ROAD , $EIN& AN ASSESSMENT FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />, AND DECLARj N& AN EMi~R~rENCY. <br />~:.,. <br />,~, WMEftEA5, space al ae~sgsments: hkve bosh certified by the <br />Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, Co the Audifor of Cuy County <br />for the Preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewerage system. <br />WHEREAS, William and Lavonne Colli of 4831 Porter Road <br />have paid the swn of $ 118.08tn payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax y~rs 19 62 throw 19 79 , inclsive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 238-18-31 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THERERORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be arwi he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 62 through 19 79 <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for sanitary sewerage system. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of Wirth <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 62 throw 1979 , inclusive, amcn+ntin~j to <br />$ 118.08 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of t`iayahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public pe~cs, <br />health end welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency ~txists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assests on Permanent <br />Parcel No.238-18-31 ,for preparation of plans and specifications for <br />a sanitary sewerage system. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect iediatsiy <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: (~~~~~((°JJ <br />~~ ~~ili r~.~r ~. <br />ATTEST: <br />Louis Mil, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: ,, <br />f~ <br />Paul J.
