Preparation of plans and specifications for a sanitary sewage <br />system. <br />WHEREAS, Joseph ~ Irene Kubik of 5609 Decker Road <br />have patd the sum of $ 82.08 in payment of said special asssss+a+~ts, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 62 through 19 79 , incisive, tog4tl>er with <br />accrued Interest levied thera~n against Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-111 , <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counctl of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section is That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and ha is <br />hereby authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 62 through 19 79 , <br />inclusive, assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications <br />for a sanitary sewage system. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North <br />Olmsted is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on <br />such assessments for the period 19 62 through 19 79, inclusive, mounting to <br />$ 82.08 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to <br />forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by <br />virtue of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 235-12-111 ,for preparation of plans and specifications for <br />a sanitary sewage system. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shali take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allewed by law.. <br />~~ <br />sr- PASSED :,.- ,_ ~ _, ~~ ~r,...._.._..__ <br />~~ <br />Bruce MacDonald, President of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />Louise Hail, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Paul J.
