CgTY OF NORTH 4LI~S'T`ED <br />RBSQLUTION N4. 6a^- <br />Hy ~ ~ <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR REt~RD PURPOSES ONLY <br />THE PA4P(3SED SUBDIVISION QF THB C4LUAotB IA LAND <br />DEVELC)P COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION NO. 1 ANTD <br />DBCLARIN~AN BMBRGBNCY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Columbia Land Development Company <br />has heretofore filed a plat of a proposed developmetnt kncn~- as <br />The Colombia Land Development Company Subdivision Nr~. 1 dated <br />January 19, 19b2 containing fifty-nine (39) sublots end three <br />(3) proposed streets, to-wst: Randall Drive, Arlington Lane <br />and Westview Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions requiring the <br />reservation of Sublots 32, 48 and 33 for future street opee8gs <br />(said subiots to be held in the name of the Bevel®per for <br />period of three (3) years from the date of said plat) having <br />been met; sad <br />WHERBA,S, the plat shows a note of such reserva- <br />tion of lots and the Engineer and the Director of Law have re- <br />ported approval of said plat of said proposed subdivision. <br />Nt~W, THBR,fiFORE, HE IT R.$SQLVBD by the Council <br />of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council having been advised <br />that the conditions requested of the developer have°been let, <br />does hereby approve for record purposes only the plat sf The <br />Columbia Land Development Company Subdivision No. 1 and of pro- <br />posed Randall Drive, Arlington Lane and ~Testview Drive. <br />Section 2: That this resolution is hereby determined <br />to be an energency measure necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and that such energency exists <br />by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate approval to said <br />plat in order that the orderly development of the city may pro- <br />ceed. <br />Section 3: Wherefore, this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately from and after passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: /J~a~-zz~.~- tea, ~~6 q? <br />,~ <br />~'' } <br />Bruce c na , ren dent o <br />council <br />ATTBST <br />ou se il, C erk o `unc 1 <br />APPRQVET~ <br />;~ <br />r~ <br />ul J. reau, yor <br />. ,/ <br />L <br />~ 7/ <br />~ ,Z-1 <br />~,,, <br />~. ~~,, <br />
