«,:: z <br />~' <br />1229.02 Form And Content <br />Applications for permits to erect, place, paint or alter <br />a sign shall be made by the owner or lessee of the property <br />upon which a sign is proposed and subffiitted on forms furnished <br />by the Building Official. The application shall be made either <br />separately or included with a germit for a building. The fee <br />shall be established by separate ordinance. <br />Each application shall be accompanied by drawings to <br />scale, showing: <br />(A) The design and layout proposed including <br />the total area of the sign; the size, <br />character and color of letters, lines <br />and symbols. <br />(B) The method of illumination, if any. <br />(C) The exact location of the sign in relation <br />to the building and property. <br />(D) Details and specifications for construction, <br />erection and attachments as may be required <br />by the Building Code. <br />1229. ©3 Re~a____eval ©f S3.gn~s <br />Whenever the removal of any sign has been ordered by the <br />Building Official and the person, firm or corporation on whose <br />premises such sign or display structure has been erected, <br />affixed, attached or maintained shall fail to remove the sign <br />within forty-eight hours after receiving such notice, said <br />Building Official may remove or cause to be removed such sign <br />at the expense of the person, firm or corporation on whose <br />premises it was erected, affixed or attached and each such <br />person, firm or corporation shall be individually and separately <br />liable for the expenses incurred in the removal of said sign. <br />.. 9 ~ ~» <br /> <br />
