,~x~ <br /><B) Customary lie occupation for gain carried <br />on in the dwelling requiring only customary <br />home equipment, provided that no nonresident <br />help is employed for_that purpose, no <br />trading or sale of merchandise is carried <br />on upon the premises and no sign or other <br />outward evidence of the occupation is <br />displayed on the premises. <br />(C) A private garage detached from the dwelling <br />provided that it is so located that no part <br />of the same shall be within twenty (20) <br />feet of a dwelling on the same lot or any <br />adjacent lot or within five (5) feet of any <br />property line o~ the lot on which the same <br />is located, <br /> <br />(D) <br />A private garage, attached by a common wall <br />within the livable floor area of a dwelling <br />or connected to the dwelling by means of a <br />covered or enclosed area, or a carport, which, <br />for the purpose of determining the setback, <br />rear and side yard requirements only, shall <br />be considered part of the dwelling. <br />(E) Accessory buildings designed, built, altered <br />or used to house wild or domestic fowl, <br />animals or reptiles, provided that it is <br />located so that no part of the same shall <br />be within ten (10) feet of any rear or side <br />line of the lot on which the same is located <br />and within two hundred (200) feet of a <br />dwelling on any adjacent lot or within <br />-. 3 3 -- <br /> <br /> <br />&.> _ <br />
