~., <br />CHAPTER 1173 - GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />1173.01 Definition <br />For the purposes of the Zoning Ordinance, a General Retail <br />Business is defined as an enterprise for profit for the conven- <br />ie nce and service of, and dealing directly with, and accessible <br />to the ultimate consumer, neither injurious to adjacent property <br />or to the occupants thereof by r~~~on of the emission of cinders, <br />dust, fumes, noise, odors, refuse, smoke, vapor or vibration or <br />dangerous to life or property and which does not supply another <br />retail outlet not on the premises. <br />1173.02 Permitted Buildings And Uses <br />In a General Retail Business District land may be used <br />and buildings or structures may be designed, built, altered or <br />used only for one or more of the following permitted uses: <br />(A) Any use permitted in the least restrictive <br />Residence District adjacent to any part of <br />such General Retail Business District but <br />subject to the conditions therein set forth. <br />(B) Any use permitted in paragraphs (B), (C), <br />(D), (E) and (F) of Section 1171.02. <br />(C) Retail business engaged ins <br />1.
