foregoing uses and is not injurious, <br />obnoxious or offensive by reason of the <br />emission of odors, dust, smoke, gas fumes, <br />vibrations or noise, arnd associated and <br />accessory uses to the foregoing uses. <br />In any portion of a parcel which is <br />devoted to Park Administrative and Professional <br />use conformity with the following standards <br />shall be requiredz <br />(1) Parking shall be required of not less <br />than one square foot of offstreet <br />parking space for each square foot of <br />rentable building area in the deter. <br />urination of which the areas of washrooms, <br />mechanical equipment rooms, storerooms, <br />corridors, service rooms and the like <br />shall be excluded, <br />(2) Setback of each building shall be at <br />least forty (40) feet from any street <br />within or adjacent to the boundaries of <br />the parcel.
