Such name plates shall not be <br />permitted for dwellings of three or more units. <br />(B) One bulletin board or announcement sign not <br />exceeding twentyfive (25) square feet in area <br />and not exceeding six (6) feet in height shall <br />be permitted on the premises of a public or semi+» <br />public institution. In addition, temporary signs <br />may be permitted for special events provided they <br />are removed as required by Section 1221,02. <br />(C) Real. Estate Si ns <br />(1) One 'tFor Sale" or '~'I'o Rent" sign as a <br />temporary sign, not exceeding ~ square <br />feet in total area or 3 feet in height <br />shall be permitted for each dwelling <br />or lot, Such sign shall be located not <br />less than 15 feet from the front or any <br />side lot line. Signs indicating a room <br />or rooms for rent shall not be permitted. <br />(2) A Subdivision development sign shall not <br />exceed one hundred (100) square feet in <br />total area unless the owner thereof desires <br />:; to erect two of such signs in which case <br />the total area of the two signs shall not <br />exceed one hundred (100) square feet.
