Lq-11 - 2 - k. In easements along the south side of Lorain Road from Charles Avenue northeasterly a distance of 284 feet. l. In easements from a point on Barton Road approximately 358 feet north of the centerline of Lorain Road, thence southwesterly and southerly a distance of 1209 feet to a point on the north side of Lorain Road which is 400 feet west of Charles Avenue. M. In easements from a point on Barton Road approximately 445 feet north of the center].ine of Lorain Road, thence ? northeasterly 916 feet, thence southeasterly 118 feet, thence northeasterly and approximately 326 feet north of Lorain Road a distance of 1010 feet. Said sewers are of the sizes shown on the plans prepared by the City's Con- sulting Erigineers, hereinafter referred to, and comprise a sewage collection system for the westerly portion of the City. As part of this improvement, a trunk sewer will be constructed beginning at the westerly terminus of the Bradley Road sewer described in paragraph (a), thence southerly in easements approximately 4278 feet to a point 180 feet north of the southerly corpora- tion line of the City of North`Olmsted, thence easterly in easements 2497 feet to Barton Road; a sewage lift station will be constructed at the loca- tion described in paragraph (a) above; and a force main will be constructed beginning at the sewage lift station, thence southwesterly in Bradley Road to Barton Road, thence southeasterly in Barton Road to an existing manhole in Barton Road located 40 feet southwesterly fram the centerline of Lorain Road. Such trunk sewer, sewage lift station and force main will be paid for by the City and will not be assessed against the lots and lands served thereby. - Section 2. It is hereby determined and declared that said improve- ment is conducive to the publ.ic health, convenience and welfare of said City and the inhabitants thereof. Council further finds and determines that said streets and easements, or parts thereof, to be improved are so situated in relation to each other that in order to complete the improvement thereof in the most practical and economical manner, they shall be improved at the same time, with the same kind of materials and in the same manner, this determina- tion being made pursuant to Revised Code Section 727.09 Section 3. That the grade of said streets, easements and improve- ment sha]1 be the grade as shown by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers and which are made a part hereof. Section 4. That the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers and now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby approved. Section 5. That the cost of providing local sanitary sewer ser- vice by means of the sewers described in paragraphs (a) to (m), inclusive, of Section 1 of this resolution, including the cost of constructing local 8-inch sewers and the cost (as determined by the City's Consulting Engineers) ON of installing 8-inch sewers in trunk sewer locations in those cases where the txunk sewer to be constructed will provide such local service and also in- cluding the cost of necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities, less 2% thereof and the cost of intersections, or $387,957•33, whichever is lesser, shall be assessed in proportion to the benefits which m.ay result therefrom upon all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed improvement between the termini set forth in paragraphs (a) to (m), inclusive, of Section 1 of this resolution, which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by said improvement.
