In easements from a point on Barton Road approximately <br />358 feet north of the centerline of Lorain Road, thence <br />southwesterly and southerly a distance of 1209 feet to <br />a point on the north side of Lorain Road which is 400 <br />feet west of Charles Avenue. <br />M. In easements from a point on Barton Road approximately <br />445 feet north of the center].ine of Lorain Road, thence <br />? northeasterly 916 feet, thence southeasterly 118 feet, <br />thence northeasterly and approximately 326 feet north <br />of Lorain Road a distance of 1010 feet. <br />Said sewers are of the sizes shown on the plans prepared by the City's Con- <br />sulting Erigineers, hereinafter referred to, and comprise a sewage collection <br />system for the westerly portion of the City. As part of this improvement, <br />a trunk sewer will be constructed beginning at the westerly terminus of the <br />Bradley Road sewer described in paragraph (a), thence southerly in easements <br />approximately 4278 feet to a point 180 feet north of the southerly corpora- <br />tion line of the City of North`Olmsted, thence easterly in easements 2497 <br />feet to Barton Road; a sewage lift station will be constructed at the loca- <br />tion described in paragraph (a) above; and a force main will be constructed <br />beginning at the sewage lift station, thence southwesterly in Bradley Road <br />to Barton Road, thence southeasterly in Barton Road to an existing manhole <br />in Barton Road located 40 feet southwesterly fram the centerline of Lorain <br />Road. Such trunk sewer, sewage lift station and force main will be paid <br />for by the City and will not be assessed against the lots and lands served <br />thereby. - <br />Section 2. It is hereby determined and declared that said improve- <br />ment is conducive to the publ.ic health, convenience and welfare of said City <br />and the inhabitants thereof. Council further finds and determines that said <br />streets and easements, or parts thereof, to be improved are so situated in <br />relation to each other that in order to complete the improvement thereof in <br />the most practical and economical manner, they shall be improved at the same <br />time, with the same kind of materials and in the same manner, this determina- <br />tion being made pursuant to Revised Code Section 727.09 <br />Section 3. That the grade of said streets, easements and improve- <br />ment sha]1 be the grade as shown by the plans and profiles which have been <br />prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers and which are made a part hereof. <br />Section 4. That the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles <br />of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the City's Consulting <br />Engineers and now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, are <br />hereby approved. <br />Section 5. That the cost of providing local sanitary sewer ser- <br />vice by means of the sewers described in paragraphs (a) to (m), inclusive, <br />of Section 1 of this resolution, including the cost of constructing local <br />8-inch sewers and the cost (as determined by the City's Consulting Engineers) <br />ON of installing 8-inch sewers in trunk sewer locations in those cases where the <br />txunk sewer to be constructed will provide such local service and also in- <br />cluding the cost of necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage <br />facilities, less 2% thereof and the cost of intersections, or $387,957•33, <br />whichever is lesser, shall be assessed in proportion to the benefits which <br />m.ay result therefrom upon all lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the <br />proposed improvement between the termini set forth in paragraphs (a) to (m), <br />inclusive, of Section 1 of this resolution, which said lots and lands are <br />hereby determined to be specially benefited by said improvement.
