L?dy Iie?a.., ., <br />and 'FRtl B ISZAN"k1__ , three disin-terested :Preeholclers of said <br />City be and they are Yiereby appointed to act as an Assessment Equaliza- <br />• tion Board to hear and detemiize all timely written ob jections to the <br />es4imated assessments heretolore reported to this Council of the cost <br />of improving Dover Center Road a,nd other streets and easements between <br />-the termini set forth in Resolution Zdo. 68-142, adopted September 3, <br />1968, (Sewer Contract Tdo. 12) by cons-tructing sanitary sewers, sewer <br />cuxb connections and necessary appurtenances, including necessary street <br />resurfacing and restoratioii of drainage facili-L-ies, and to equalize the <br />same as to them seems proper, in accordance with la-vr and with said <br />Resolution No. 68-142. <br />Section 2; 'I'he Board shall first meet fo.r the a,bove pur-oose at the <br />Council Cnambers in the Citf Ha11 on the ,lq4? day of <br />1968? at I m. o'clock p.m. and upon the completion of such equaliza- <br />tion shall rep rt such equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolution is hereby declared to be an eme.rgency <br />rneasure necessary :Cor the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />liealth and safety of said City, and for the further reason that the im- <br />mediate construction of said improvement,is necessary to protect the <br />hea.ltli of the abutting owne.rs and the inhabitants of the City; wherei ore, <br />this resolution shall be in fu11 force and eifect from and immediateJ.y <br />after its passage and approval. <br />PASSED : lq60 <br />*+-? <br />ATTEST : <br />Florence I3olr1, Clerk of Council <br />A.PPPOVED : lQ/??/?. ty <br />C:???ZN?tit <br />Ra ph ' .
