TOGETHER <br />WITH THC NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGMNCY. <br />? BE IT ORDATNED by the Council of the City of North dlmsted? Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohia: <br />Sectian 1. That the revised assessment of the cost and expense of <br />. improving Palm Drive by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constrtzcting <br />storm and sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections ancl sidewalks, together with <br />all necessaxy appurtenances thereto between the termini set forth in Resolution <br />No. 67-157 adopted June 20, 1967 amoU.nting in the aggregate to $21+,730037 here- <br />tofore reported to this Council by the City Enginec;r, and now on file Vrith the <br />Clerk of this Council., be and the same is hereby adapted and con-'L-irmed and that <br />there be and are'hereby levied arzd assessed upon the lo-ts and lands bounding and <br />abutting upon said improvement -the 'several amounts reported as aforesaid, which <br />assessments are in proportion to the sDecial benefits and are not in excess of <br />any statutory limitation. <br />Section 2, That tYiis Cou.ncil hereby finds and determines that the <br />revised assesstnents as now on file in the off:ice of said Clerk of Council are <br />in the same proportion to the original estimated assessments as originally filed <br />as the actual cost of -the above described improvement is to the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as originally filed. <br />Section 3. That the assessment against each lot or parcel of land <br />shall be payabl.e in cash within thirty days after the passage of this ordinance <br />or at the option of the mmer in twenty semi-annual installments with interest <br />at the same rate as sha.l.l be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation <br />of the collection of the same. All assessments and installments thereof remaining <br />unpaid at the exp'ir2tion o:F said thirty days shall be cert:ified by the Clerk of <br />this Council to the Coun'uy Auditor as provided by law to be placed by him on the <br />tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. <br />Section 4, That -the Clerk of this Council shall eause a notice of the <br />passage of this ordinance to be published once in a newspaper of general circul.a- <br />tion in this City and to continue on file in her ot'fice saa.d revised assessments. <br />Section 5. The Clerk of this Council is hereby directed to deliver a <br />certified capy of this ordinance to the County Auditor within twenty days after <br />its passage. <br />.-Section 6.
