CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY 1 <br />ORDINANCE NOo 67-208 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF A SANITARY SEWER <br />CONNECTION CHARGE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the FINANCE COMMITTEE of Council has been made aware that <br />Mr. Edward R. Hendrickson and B. Hendrickson of 5677 Burns Road, Permanent <br />Parcel No. 235-13-47, all within the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, were billed and <br />?paid two (2) Sanitary Sewer Connection charges, each in the amount of Ninety- <br />nine ($99.00) dollars; and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director has verified said over-payment and <br />? has further advised council that the aforesaid Edward Hendrickson and B. <br />Hendrickson should only be charged one (1) sanitary sewer connection charge; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, COUNCIL now wishes to refund said over-payment to the <br />' aforesaid property owners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T ORDAI NED by the COUNCI L OF THE CI TY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1. That the Fi nance Di rector for the CI TY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED is hereby authorized and,directed to pay to Edward Hendrickson <br />and B. Hendrickson the sum of ninety-nine ($99.00) dollars, such payment <br />to be made from the Sewer Revenue Fund. <br />SECTION 2. That the CLERK OF COUNCIL is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this ordinance to the Director of Finance for the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />ernergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the Public <br />Peace, Health, Safety and Welfare of the City of North Olmsted by VIRTUE <br />of the immediate necessity of correcting the error made in the double <br />billing and returning the one over-paid Sanitary Sewer connection charge <br />to Edward R. Hendrickson and B.
