CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RE?.SOLUTION N0. 61 _ S-d <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE <br />; ASSESSME,fiIT EQUALIZA`I'ION BOARD ON 0&7EGT- <br />IONS CONCFRNIATG THE ESTID'IATM ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF GREAT NORTHERN <br />BOULEVARD BY INSTALLING STORM AND SANITARY <br />SEWERS, ZaATEft MAIN, SEWER AhD WATER G'URB <br />CONNECTIONS, TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY <br />APPUR'I'IINANCES THEiETO, AND DECLARING AN <br />},'RGENC'Y. <br />WHEREAS, the"Assessment Equalization Board heretofore appointed <br />by Resolution No.- of this Council passed January 31, 1967, to <br />hear and determine all objections concerning the estimated assessments <br />for the improvement of Great Northern Boulevard from Lorain Road to <br />Brookpark Road by installing storm and sanitary sewers, water main, sewer <br />and water curb connections, together with all nece-ssary appurtenances <br />thereto, in accordance with Resolution No. 67-18 of this Council adopted <br />January 3, 1967, has filed its'report with this Council as to its determi- <br />nation of such objeetions, in which a majority of the Board confirmed the <br />estimated assessments prepared by the City Engineer; and <br />LIHEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVM by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section l: The report of the Assessment Equalization Board <br />hereinbefore recited be and the same is hereby approved and the assess- <br />ments as prepared by the City Engineer and confirmed by said Board be <br />and they are hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />Council. <br />Section 2: This resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />public peace, health and safety of said City, and for the further reason <br />that the immediate construction of said improvement is necessary to afford <br />fire protection and protect the health and property of the abutting owners <br />and the inhabitants of the Gity; wherefore, this resolution shall be in <br />full force and effect from and imQnediately after its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTF'ST : <br />M?r?aret?T.
