? . <br />f <br />CTTY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 66- ! 0,3 PAGE 3 <br />Section 4: Any person, natural or corporate, who violates any <br />provision of Sections 1 and 2 hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br />shall, upon conviction, be fined Tventy-five and 00/100 ($25.00) Dollars <br />a day for any such violation and each day during which such violation <br />shall be a separate offense. <br />Section 5: All charges collected pursuant to Sections 1 and 2 <br />R <br />hereof shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund established by <br />Section 4 of the mortgage revenue bond ordinance No. 3146 passed November 3, <br />1960, authorizing the issuance of $1,525,000.00 First Mortgage Sewerage <br />- System revenue bonds. <br />? Section 6: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety of the City by virtue of the fact that the source is urgently necessary <br />' to the proper operation and conduct of the municipal sewerage system. <br />WHEREFORE, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: t,?. ? ? +• ?: I ? , f ?I ???' <br />--?-- <br />? <br />, <br />ATTEST: ?- ' <br />Margare T.
