BE IT ORDAINFD by the Gouncil of the City of North Olmsted, State of Qh:i.o: Section 1, That Ordinance No. 64-238 enacted October 6, 1964 amending Ordinance No. 64-23, enacted January 24, 1964, (Title Five, Chapter 1321, Section 1321.01), presently reading as follows: "I321.01 GENERAL BUILDING FEES: CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION. The following permit and inspection fee schedule is authorized to be charged and collected by the Building Commissioner: (a) Residential Buildings, nPw canstruction: (1) One family houses: Initial fee 25.00 Plus $2.00 far each 100 sq, ft, of the area of the building includi.ng the upper most stories of useable area, (2) Two family houses: Initial fee 353,00 Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq, ft. of the area of a building, including the upper most stories of useable area, (3) Apartment houses containi.ng more than two dwelling units: Initial fee per :unit 30.00 Plus $2.00 for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of a btzilding, including the upper most stories of useable area.
