CITY OF NdRTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLLT'TION No. 64-331 <br /> <br />A RE50LiTTION APPKOV7NG, FOR RECORD PURYOSES UNLY, THE <br />PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SOUI'HERN AVENUE SUBDIVISION, <br />AND DECLARING AN i'MF.RGENCY. <br />0 WHERF,AS, the plat of Southern Avenue Subdivision has hereto- <br />f:ore been filed with the Planning Corunission and by it approved and r.eferred <br />to the Counci_2; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subclivision cantains fourteen sublUts and one <br />street, to wit: Southerr. Avenue. <br />WHFREAS, said plat has been approved by the Cit,y Engineer <br />as bei.ng i_n conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THERFFORF, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council og the City <br />of Nor.th Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />• Section i: That thi_s Council having been advised of the <br />apprvval ef the Planning Commission of the plat of Southern Avenue Sub- <br />divisian, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted9 <br />hereby approves said piat, far rea-ord purposes only. <br />Sectiori 2: That this Resolution is hereby deT.ermined to be <br />an emergency measuie necessary Por ttLe preservation of the public welfare, <br />peace, health arid saf'ety o` the City by virtue of the necessity of giving <br />immediate apProtral to said plat in order that the developroent of the City <br />may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible.
