CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />? <br />O RDI NAi1 C E N O. 6 4-__3___?' _ <br />ORDINAI`7CE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF RECORDING <br />SLCRETARY TO THE BUILDING CODE OF APPEALS OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BOF THE BUILD NG CODE p ON <br />OF THE RECORDII?TG SECRETAR <br />AppEALS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Building Code of Appeals of the City of <br />North Olmsted is hereby authorized to employ a p mi utes <br />who shall transcribe fro-n r.otes taken at meeting ad tc prepare <br />of said meetings, letters and other notices which may be required and <br />for such services to be compensated at the rate of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) <br />per meetinq attended ef the Roard of Building Code of Appeals, effective <br />January 1, 1965 . <br />Section 2.
