AN ORDINA E AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-$-33 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEW ERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Bernte & Patricia Douglas of 23434 Westchester Drive <br />have paid the sum of $ 66.90 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-8-33 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, incluslve <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olm;tod <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such asss=smqttti <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 66.90 0n <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of OhOo. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-$°33 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for,sanitary sewers. <br />Se?:tion 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: 01 1.t/lk Q d? <br />ATT ES T: <br />rA <br />? < 1 <br />j , Clerk of Council <br />, <br />APPROV ED: <br />/l C?.-,,-? ??•-o ? <br />Francis J. 0'Neil , P esl ent o <br />Council <br />? <br />? ? . <br />Ralph .
