i- <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORD I NANC E N0. ? 4 - 3,,? 3 <br />, <br />BY AN ORDI NCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231721:26 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARIN6 AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />? for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, James & Nancy Ohliger °f 3517 Walter Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 91,20 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-21-26 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1979, inclusivm <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: <br />is hereby authorized <br />for the period 19 65 <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: <br />attested copy of this <br />That the Director of Finance of the City of North O1mstRd <br />and directed to receive payments in advance on such asse:snlsnti <br />through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 91.20 0n <br />That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel N0.231-21-26 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately fpom <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS S ED : ,h j <br />ATT ES T: <br />.--, ; - <br />%AA <br />, Clerk of Council <br />APPROV E0: <br />1 ` M <br />Ralp E.
