C6TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NOs .64-" ::3e71 <br />B Y <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTNORIZING AND-DERECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECiAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT' PARCEL N0. 236-7-45 <br />, BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTICIN OF A SIDEWALK <br />, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditar of the <br />City af Nor°th Olmsted, Qhio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />constructian of a sidewalk. <br />WHEREAS, Columbia Land Development of 24757 Mitchell Drive <br />have paid the sum of $ 31.72 in payment of said special assessments, in advanCo, <br />for the tax years 1965 through 19 66 , inclusive, together with accrued intet'est <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 236-7-45 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1966 , inclustve <br />assessments in full for, constr'eiction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1965 through 19 66 , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 31.72 on said parcei. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to fprwapd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Audltor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of thenecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />Na. 236-7-45 , forconstruction of a sidewalk. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the eariiest period aliowed by law. <br />. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J. 0'Neill, resident of Councll <br />ATT ES T: ' ?. <br />, Cierk of Council <br />APPROU ED: <br />`.. ? ???/•'1 ? tr ? ? <br />Ralph ?
