CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORD I NANCE N0. 44-2 K <br />?` I r <br />SY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTNORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235_14-86 <br />, BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE <br />, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />. ' WHEREAS, Homer Combs of 6074 Porter Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 41.76 in payment of said special assessments, in advanFe, <br />for the tax years 19 65 through 19 66 , inclusive, together with accrued lntere;t <br />levied thereon against Perinanent Parcel No. 235_14_$6 in the City o$ NOrth <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authoriZed and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 19 66 , inclusive <br />assessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />ia hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />8ssessments for the period 19 65 through 19 66 , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 41.76 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forw+l?d <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by vtrtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-14-86 , for construction of a water line. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: <br />?- ? ?i-ti . . •--? ) ? ?Q <br />Francis J. 0'Nei 1 President of Counci) <br />ATT EST: <br />' i.? <br />• f? , Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />r- <br />__ <br />- b`1 <br />r? <br />Ralph E.
