Resolution No. 61-4 passed Janueay 3, 1961, as amendet by Resolution No. 61-150 pe,ased Auguet 15, 1961, C "lague Road, Lorain Road, Weat 231 Street, Me,rion Ave., Clifford Drive, West 230 St., Alexander Road, Westchester Drive, Olmsted I?rive, West 233 St. and Park Lane, between the respective terrnini sham in such legislation amounting in the aggregate to $34?_bl?50 , as reported to this Council by the Eetimating Board establis??or purpose, and thereafter adjuated by the Equalizing Boaxd appoi_nted to hear objections thereto, whose report and recam- mendations have been approved by Council, notice of the filing of ahich as8eesment has been given as required by law, be and the same is hereby adopted and confirmed, and that there be and are hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said improvement the several amounts reported end reviaed ae aforesaid, which assessments and the description of said lots and lands are ncnv on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council and which asaeasmenta are in proportion to the special benefits, and are nct in exceas of any statutory limitation.
