OF THE CITY, IN SIZES, QI7ANTITY AND DELIVERY AS <br />DETEFtMINED BY THE DIRECTOR QF PI?BLIC SERVICE IN <br />ACCORDAIJCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE IN HIS <br />OFFICE, AND DEeLARING AN EMERGENC!'. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of <br />North Olrnsted, State of Ohio. <br />Section 1, That the Di rector of Public Service and <br />Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise.for bids for the <br />furnishinq of tires and tubes for the automotive equip:nent of the City, <br />in sizes, quantity and delivery as determined by the Director of Public <br />Service and Public Safety in accordance with specifications on file in <br />his office. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declaredl tQ be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare <br />of the City by virtue of obtaining tires and tubes for the automotive <br />equipment of the City sa that the vehicles be well equipped; WHEREFOREs <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by lawe <br />PASSED:.
