I `??AXti(4C' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />BY 412. <br />AN ORDINANCE THORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 232-3-2 <br />, BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE <br />. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of tho <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Construction of a water line. <br />i ' <br />WHEREAS, Theodore & Josephine Pape of 4215 Porter Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 65.70 in payment of said special assessments, in advioncp, <br />for the tax years 19 65 tlHtXi()WK)MXX , inclusive, together with accrued (nteKe4t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232-3-2 in the City of *th <br />Olmsted. . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Not-tM <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />author i zed and d i rected to cancel for the years 1965 t)HHEOW)WX , tncl us ive <br />assessments in full for, construction of a water line. <br />• Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olm;ted <br />(s hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1965 IWAXOK)OX , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 65.70 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />• Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of thenecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 232-3-2 , for construction of a water line. <br />r.
