? <br />• <br />STREET PAVING , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE A HORIZING AND DIftECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERh{ANENT PARCEL N0. 235-12'125 <br />, BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of tha <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />paving of a street <br />WHEREAS, General hbtors of 5648 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 208.32 in payment of said special assessments, in advanca, <br />for the tax years 1965 through 1968 , inclusive, together with accrued Intsrqit <br />levied thereon against Perinanent Parcel No. 235-12-125 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />futhorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 1968 , inclusive <br />assessments in fuil for, the paving of a street <br />• Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmstpd <br />(s hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 65 through 19 68 , inclusive, amounting to <br />s 208.3 .bn said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Counci.l is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auciitor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />• Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtup <br />of thenecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-12-125 , for the paving of a street <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: <br />? <br />Francis J. 0'Neill,; resident of CounCil <br />ATT EST: <br />• <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROV ED: <br />Ralph E.
