CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO 234-28-40 <br />BEING AN ASS ESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />• <br />WHEREAS, Florence Lopez of 6767 Maplehurst Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 30.30 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />, accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 234-28-40 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1965 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in futl for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />• is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such essessments: <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 30.30 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />• emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue oi <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.234-28-40 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />' Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately frqm <br />and after its assage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: <br />ATT ES T: <br />? <br />, Clerk of Council <br />? <br />.
