WILL PAY SUMS IN ADDITION TO THOSE AS SET FORTH IN <br />RESOLUTIOIV NO. 63-159, ENACTED JULY 16, 1963,AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />. WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 63-159, enacted July 16, 1963 <br />it was the intention of Cuuncil that the City of North Olmsted would pay two <br />per cent (2%) of the total cost of the construction of sidewalks as set forth <br />in the aforesaid Resolution plus the cost of all intersections, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has now determined that the property <br />owners on the streets as set forth in the aforesaid Resolution should only be <br />assessed in the amount of $3.55 per front foot, and <br />• <br />0 <br />CJ <br />WHEREAS, it will be necessacy that the City of North <br />Olmsted assume an additional cost of Thirteen Hundred and Eighiy-four ? <br />Dollars and sixty-four cents ($1384.64) thereby makinq the City's portion <br />for the construction of sidewalks under the aforesaid. Resolution of necessity <br />Tbvo Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-six Dollars and eighty-nine cents <br />($2, 786.89). <br />IVOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the property owners as set forth in <br />Resolution No. 63-159 be assessed no more than $3.55 per front foot; that <br />the City of North Olmsted assume all coat in addition to the aforesaid <br />$3.55 which amount is One Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-four pollars <br />and sixty-four cents ($1, 384.64); and that the City of North Olmsted's <br />portion of the cost of constructing sidewalks as set forth in Resolution No. <br />63-159 be increased to the total amount of 'i'wo Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Eighty-six Dollars and eighty-nine cents ($2, 786. 89). <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health and safety by virtue of the need to assess the property owners - <br />as aforesaid and to certify same to the County Auditor; WHERtFORE, this <br />Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage <br />and approv 1 by the Mayor, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />? <br />PAS S E D: j /,. , •` \ ' <br />AT T: <br />J?k Cl.V ? <br />Margaret T. est, Clerk of Council <br />? <br />AP PROVE D: <br />, <br />t? ?.? <br />Ralph E. ?Christman, Mayor <br />Francis J.
