<br />Section 2. It is hereby deter?nii.ed and duclareci ttit.t said i:aprovecient

<br />Section 4. That the plans, specifi.cdtions, esticnates and profiles

<br />file in the office of the Clerk of tri.:' Council, are hereby approved.
<br />Section 5. That the uhole cost of said i:aproJewent, iess at ieast
<br />one-fiftietn thereof and the cost o:f' a?-L ir-itersecLiuns, shall oe assessed upon
<br />the following described lots and lands in proportion to the benefits resulting
<br />• therefrom, to-wit:
