CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO, 64- <br />BY . <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />NORTH PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO, 3, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the plat of North Park Estates Subdivision N:?. 3 <br />has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved <br />and referred to the Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains four sub-lots fronting <br />on Porter Road ( a previously dedicated street); and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />• Section 1: That this Counci 1 having been advi*sed of the <br />approval of the Planning Commissior: of the plat of North Park Es±ates Subdivi- <br />sion No. 3, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the ordinances and resoultuions of the City of North Olmsted, <br />1,er^?y ,-icn,--,-es aaid plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be <br />• an emergency measure necessary for the preser,yatior, of the public v,relfare, <br />peace, health and safety of the City by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate <br />approval to eaid plat in order that the deve!opment of the City may proceed in <br />an orderly manner as rapidly as possibie; WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:?Q 0 Lt <br />. <br />Francis J. n'Neill, President of <br />Courcil <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
