Section 9: That Paragraph (E) (4), Section 1225.02, Title TWENTY of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted (Ordinance No. 62-33), entitled "Pole Signs", now reading as follows: i "Pole Signs shall project not more than 3 feet over a public way and the support for the sign shall not be located within the public right-of-way.
