WHEREAS, on March 20, 1962, Council has heretofore approved for recorciing purposes the Columbia Land De962° n Volume 84 Page 66a 67 of n No. 1 and same was recorded on May 3, t he C u yaho ga County Records, and WHEREAS, on March 20, 1962, Council heretofore approved Company 184 Pa'ge 70 of ision for recording purposes the Columbia Land 962 lopment No. 3 and same was recorded on May 31, the Cuyahoga County Records, and WHERFAS, said Subdivision Nn. 1 contained three streets, to wit: Randall Drive, Arlinqton Lane and Westview Drive, and WHEREAS, sai(i Rardall Drive did not contain a turn around as required by the Planning Ordinances of the City cf North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, saici Subdivision No. 3 contained tHree streets, rn -vit: Westview Drive, Linda Drive and Lamont Drive, and WHF.REAS, 1 - Drive did not contain a turn around as required by the Planning Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, the Columbia Land Development Company now wishes to dedicate its lands for Grea* Northern Boul?d RaPdaploDrave and in order to so must der,rease the lengt', of the aforesa Linda Drive and place thereon a turn around, and WHEREAS, Council is desirous of havinq the land dedicated for Great Northerri Boulevard, ar.d WHEREAS, the dedication of Great North Boulevard is bene- ficial to the City of North Olmsted and its citizens.
