AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33, (KNOWN AS THE ZOTTING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREOAI OF SUBLOTS 27 and 28 IN B. J. LUCEY'S BUTTERNUT HEIGHTS SUB- DIVISION FROM CLASS B RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THAT OF GENER.AL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of North Olmated, State of Ohio: . Section No. 1: That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known ae the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the deaignation thereon of the parcel of land deacribed by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: Andk known as being part of Sub-Lot No. 27 and all of Sub-lot No. 28 in B. J. Lucey's Butternut Heighta 5ubdividion of part of Original Olmsted Township Lots Nos. 21 and 22, Tract No. 6, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 99 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows: 0(0 Beginning on the Northeasterly line of Luceydale Avenue at its intersection with the Northwesterly line of Sub-lot No. 27; thence Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of Sub-lot No. 27, 104.28 feet to the most Southerly corner of Sub-lot No. 21 in said Subdiviaion; thence South- easterly along the Southeasterly prolongation of the Southwesterly line of said Sub-lot No. 21, 7 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly parallel with the Southeasterly line of Sub-lot No. 21, 50 feet to a point in the Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said Sub-lot No. 21; thence Northeasterly in a direct line to a point in the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Sub-lot No. 22 in said Subdivision which is 8. 10 feet southerly measured along the said Southerly prolongation from the Southerly line of said Sub lot No. 22; thence Northerly along said prolongation 8, 10 feet to the Northerly line of Sub-lot No. 27; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Sub-lot No. 27, 30 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Sub-lot; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Sub-lots Nos. 27 and 28, 120 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said Sub-lot No. 28; thence Southwesterly on the Southeasterly line of Sub-lot No. 28, 167. 83 feet to the Northeasterly line of Luceydale Avenue; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly curved line of Luceydale Avenue, 81.45 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highwaye.
