PUBLIC ow <br />SERIRCE AND PUBLIC SAFE?Y TO ADyER?i9E FOR BIDB FOR <br />TWO PICC-UP TRUCKS, NOT EXCEED[NG $2000.00 EACH, <br />AND I1EGZ.ARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />to <br />WHEREA.S, Council hes been advised by the Director of <br />Public Service and Public 3afety that it is neceasary that his department <br />purchase two pick-up trucka, not exceedinq $2, 000.00 each, for use in , <br />the City of North Olmsted, and <br />VYHEREAS, Council in order to facilitate the maintenance <br />of the City of North Olmsted desires to purchase two pick-up trucks for <br />city use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Nocth Olmsted, 3tate of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Servioe and Public <br />Safety be and he is heceby authorized to advertiae for bids for two pick-up <br />trucks to be used in the maintenance of the City of North Olmsted, not <br />exceeding $2, 000.00 •ach. t <br />f <br />. Section 2: Thet this Rssol?ion is hereby declared to be <br />t?n emsrqency measure necessary for the preservetion of the public peace, <br />' health, safety aad welfare of the City: WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect and be in foroo immediate2y upon its passaqe, othen?ise, at the <br />earliest period allawed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
