CI1°Y OF NORTH OLIVISTEI) <br />RESOLUTION NOB 64-o?de <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T'HE DIRECTOR OF PtTBTIC <br />SERVICE AND PtJBLIC SAgETY TO ADWERTISE FOR BIIaS F°OR <br />A COMPACT A UTOMOBILE AS A REPLACEIVIENT FOR THE <br />EXISTING BUILDING COMMISSIONER' S ALTTOMOBII.E, <br />AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $2,000.00, AND DECLARING <br />? AN EMERGENC3C. <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the I7irector of <br />Public Service and Public Safety that it is necessary that his departrnent <br />purchase a compact automobile as a replacement foz° tte e3cistinq Buildinq <br />Commissioner's automobile, at an estimated cost of $2,000.00, for use <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and <br />yy13EREAS, Council in order to facilitate the need of tt?e <br />Building Commissioner in the City of North Olmsted desires to purchase a <br />. compact automobile for the Buildinq Gommissionero <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C:ouncil of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />SECTION 1; That the Director of Public $ervice and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a compact <br />automobile to be used by the Building Commissioner of the City af North <br />Olmsted, at an estimated cost of $2, 000. 00. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City: WHEREFORE, this Resoiution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at.the <br />earliest period allowed by lawo <br />PASSEB._ IV? <br />ATTES'T: <br />Francis J.
