Section 2: That effective November 1, 1964, the base salaries of members of the Fire Department are herby fixed and determined to be as follows: Fire Chief $ 7,800.00 annually Assistant Fire Chief 7,400.00 annually Fire Lieutenant 6,900.00 annually Firsmen for First Year 5,500.00 annually Firemen for Second Year 5,900.00 annually Firemen after Second Year 6,500.00 annually Part-time Firemen 1.75 per hour which salaries shall be payable, by the Director of Finance semi-monthly. Full time employees of the Fire Department having completed five years of full time continuous service as employees of said department shall be paid an additional 396 of their base annual salary thereafter until completion of the tenth year of continuous full time service, after which such employees shall receive 496 of their base annual salary thereafter until the completion of the 15th year of continuous full time ;ervice, and thereafter A9G of their base annual salary until after the completion of the .20th year of Continuous full time service and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 696 of their base annual salary as lonqevity increments. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of the longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time service but such limitation is only for the purlpose of computing longevity incremerts and the exciusion for part-time service shall not deprive service as employees of gither Safety Department. ?
