NO.x36-4-40 AND _ <br />2 3 6-4 -41, CORN BR OF FLEHAR?Y AN D B WJOKPARK ROAD, <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />ok WHFREAS, pursuant to the provialons of Ordinance 1331.01- <br />1331.06 of the Codified Ordinances of tha City of North Olmsted, the., <br />ry <br />Buildinq Commission has determined that an ??ads e NorWthlOlm ted Ohio, <br />buildinq at the cornar of Fleharty and Brookpar • <br />also known as Permanent Parce1195 Lorain Road a North Olmst d, Ohio, title <br />holder of which is At?.na Diehr, 25 <br />is unsalfe, danqerous to human life and a hazard to the safety, health and <br />pulbic welfare of the City of North Olmsted, ; and <br />WHEREAS, notice to repair, remove and demalish said <br />buildinq was served by oertified mail on said record title holder on June <br />24, 1963, orderinq her to? ? il or de olition w th fortyi e qhtihours of roceipt of <br />commence auch repair, <br />said notice; and <br />WHEREAS, aaid awner has failed within said time limit and up <br />to the present date to comply therewith. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Hy the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio. <br />Section 1: That Council deems it necessary to proceed with <br />the demolition or removal of the dwelling or acceasory building et the corner ? <br />of Fleharty and Brookpark Itvads, North Olmsted, Ohio, also known as <br />Permanent Parcels No. 236-4-40 and 236-4-41 owned by Anna• Diehc, 25195 <br />Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, by reaaon of the fact that said dwelling <br />has been determined to be dangerous to human life and a hazard to the public <br />safety, health and welfare, and that the cost of said demolition or removal <br />be paid from the general fund of the City of North Olmsted and charqed to the <br />awner as a special assessment or lien on said parcel of land, and assessed <br />and collected in the manner of other assessments as provided by law. <br />Saction 2: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed, to <br />forward to Anna Dtehr, 25195 Lorain Road, Notth Olmated, Ohio, a copy of <br />this Resolution. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />err?ergency measure necessary for the preservetion of the public peace, saiety <br />? and welfare by virtue of the unsafe and danqarous condition of the aforssafd <br />dwelling and accessory buildinq and its immediate threat to the health, <br />safety and welfare of this City. <br />. <br />. <br />r?
