CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64-203 BY J==? -- A RESOLUTION NOTIFYING THE DRRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR CONTROL, STATE OF OHIO, DONALD D. COOK, OF ? THE OBTEG7iON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NQtTH OLMSTED, OHIO TO APPLICATION # I 26188 IN THE NAME OF WILLIAM THOMAS MACK, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4303.Z61 of the Revised Code of Ohio the North Olmsted Leqislative Authority waa notified of application C 26188 for a D-2 permit in the name of William Thomas Mack, 26540 Lorain ad, Noith Olmsted, Ohio, end WHEREAS, Section 4303.261 of the Reviaed Code of Ohio pravides for the Leqislative Authorlty to obiect to the issuance of an application for a liquor permit within thiRy days of the date of the notification of such application. Section 1: NOW, THEREF4RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, does hereby exercise its riqhtb object to the issuance of a D-2 permit applied for under application # I 26188 by Vliilliam Thomas Mack, 26540 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and does direct the Clerk of Council to send by certified mail: (1) 1?vo certified copies of this Resolution of obiection, and (2) Zbvo signed statements in writinq, listing the reasons for the obiections, and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date for a member of this Council to be heard on this matter. Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby dealared to be an emerqency measure neces:aiy for the preservation of the public welfare and that such emergency exista by virtue of the fact that the Revised Code of Ohto provides for the Leqiiiative Authority to obiect to the issuance of an application WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage, othecwise, at the earliest perlod allowed by law.
