WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore reviewed <br />and approved proPosed improvem his Council t attsaid p ans meet the n <br />?. No. 2 and the Engineer has advised <br />requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council does hereby approve the improve- <br />ment plans for Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 2 and finds that said plans meet <br />the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergeney measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the withln improvement plans <br />so that the orderly development of th?ise at the earl e t period allowed ssible: <br />WHEREFORE, upon its passage, othe . <br />law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
