CITY OF N4RTH tJLMSTED <br />RESOLUTdflN NU. 64- / T/ <br />BY <br />A RES4LUTiON APPRC7VIRTG, FOR RECORD PURPOSES QNLY, <br />TFiE PROPOSED SiJBMSI4N KNQWN AS BRETTt3N RIDGE <br />NUMBER 2, AIdD I?ECLAR'[NG AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Bretton Ridge SubdfvisfQn No. 2 <br />has heretofore been filed with the P1anAing Cammission and bp it referred <br />to the Counc31 and said plat coniains ane hundred tvventy sublo#s and <br />four streets, to wit; 3tafford Drive, Christman Drive, Sutton Drive, <br />and Cambrfdge Drxve. <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the Pianninq Com- <br />miss#on and the City Engineer as being in conformance to the ordinances <br />and resolutions of this Citiy. <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLNED by the Gouncil of the City <br />of North C?Imsted, State of 4hio: <br />Section 1: That the Council, having been advised that the <br />Planning Gommission has appraved$te plat of Bretton Ridge Subdivision <br />No. 2 and that the same has the approval of the City Engineer and that it <br />meets Lhe requirements of the ordinances and resolutians of the City of <br />North 4lmsted, hersby approves said plat for record purposes oniy. <br />Section 2: That this Resolutfan is hereby determined to be <br />an emergent;y measure necessaty for the preseivatfon of the public health, <br />pesce, se#ety and weI€are, by virtue of the necessity of givinq immedfate <br />appraval to said plat fn order that the orderly development of the City may <br />proCeed as rapidly as gossible; WHEREF4RE, this Resolution shall take <br />effect and be in farce immediately upon fts passaqe, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period al3owed by lsw. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis j.
